Established in 2000, Arizona Business Sales is a boutique brokerage firm specializing in the confidential representation of privately held businesses across a broad range of industries. Unlike most business brokerage / M&A firms, we are not driven by sales goals and quotas while paying little attention to our client’s goals. We work with a limited number of clients so we can provide a high level of customer service from valuation to closing. We are a “full service” business brokerage firm meaning we get involved at a granular level from the start and remain at that level until the client’s goals are achieved.
We are industry agnostic, and our enterprise value focus is $2M to $50M many having a commercial property component.
We have created and utilize proprietary valuation tools that not only establish the value of the business but also provides a detailed method to defend the asking price to naturally skeptical buyers…….There is a reason why our success rate is three to four times greater than the embarrassing industry average success rate of 20%!!

Dave’s journey began in the 1980’s with a successful career in the corporate hospitality industry and then as an entrepreneur owning several different businesses across 35 years.

In 1999 he began applying his business skills to professional representation of clients in their journey selling closely held businesses. He has been on both the buying and selling sides of business transactions and he offers his clients a broad base of “real life” experiences. He has been directly involved in hundreds of business transfers since 1993 and has earned highly respected accreditations from the International Business Brokers Association and the American Business Brokers Association.

Some of Dave’s past & present professional affiliations include the Arizona Business Brokers Association (founding member of the Northern Chapter), International Business Brokers Association, American Business Brokers Association, Arizona Department of Real Estate (licensed broker), Prescott Area Chamber of Commerce, Show Low Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Business Appraisers, and the M & A Source. He was the first real estate licensee in Arizona to earn the BBS designation (Business Brokerage Specialist), awarded the Sunbelt Millionaires Club multiple years and was a top 10 producer with the valley’s largest business brokerage firm, West USA.
